To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archway and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or educational progress
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
